The Brighter Days Therapy Associate Therapist Program:

If you are a licensed mental health professional or associate working toward your professional license, this page is for you. We are seeking clinicians and associates registered with their corresponding state board, I.E. Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT) for LPC track. Skyler is a Clinical Supervisor for mental health professionals who are working towards either an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Oregon.

We are always looking for LPC, LCSW or LMFT Associates or licensed professionals that are a great fit with our culture. Qualifications:

• Must either be licensed or already registered (with documentation) as a Counselor Associate with the corresponding state board.

• Counseling Associate with enthusiasm for working in and learning about Private Practice

• Located in Oregon but able to work remotely (our Practice is mostly Video-call based)

• Self Starter and organized - ready to manage a case load, submitting notes on time and raising billing issues in a timely matter

• Unlimited unpaid time off as long as annual minimum hours are reached and at least 20 hours are billed each month

Discounted Supervision Rates:

Only Offered to BDT employees:

• Individual: $60 per session

• Group: $50 per session

Pay & Hours Summary:

• Pay based on hours completed towards licensure and number of notes submitted each two weeks

• Bi-weekly Bonus eligibility based on notes submitted

• Minimum 705 hours a year billed (averages 15 hours a week/ 47 weeks a year)

• Paid on a bi-weekly basis, based on billed hours via notes submitted

• No Shows reimbursement
